Current Projects

Our current projects include:-

Date Centres for Mitie Technology where pdc have been involved with various contractors for the pipework design and off site frabrication and pipe spooling
within the data centres.
This is the way design and build is progressing for the services to be prefabricated and tested off site and brought to site and installed in sections, making installation and time constraints easier to achieve, with out the need for hot works permits and fire safety.

Quadrant 3 Piccidilly London in association with M J Lonsdale, this is a multi-million pound project for office and retail space, and again PDC have been involed with the design of the off site pre fabrication and pipework spooling along with module design for multi-services, again as above to limit the time constraints and buildabillity also allowing for testing of major services within a design module holding services such as duct work pipework, data cabling fire protection electrical containment smoke detection and the like.

Various chiller change over projects for skanska across london, bringing various building package chillers upto current standards and cfc laws to work inline with the new enviroment laws.

Clean Room design and build in association with comec Limited, PDC have worked on various projects with comec to design and build the services for clean room design within the inkjet printing industry, all design undertaken using the latest in BIM Technology (Building Information Modelling) enabling the project to be co-ordinated and clash detected before any on-site installation. Also allowing for good collaboration meetings between consult and clients giving outstanding visulisation demonstartion and allowing for any changes early within the design process.
